Terms of Service: Jade Studio Uploader

Last updated 30 October 2026.

Jade Studio Uploader ("the tool") is a private tool used only by our studio to upload its own finished videos to TikTok accounts the studio operates. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.

1. The tool connects to TikTok only after the account owner signs in with TikTok and grants permission. The owner can withdraw that permission at any time in TikTok's settings.
2. Every video is sent to the account's TikTok inbox as a draft. Nothing is posted until the account owner reviews and posts it in the TikTok app.
3. Use of TikTok through the tool remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
